Entry-level candidates should have:
A strong academic background with a graduate degree preferably in any real estate / finance,
Keen interest in real estate and corporate finance.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of numeracy.
Intellectual curiosity and an eye for both small details and large strategic issues,
A high energy level and ability to work under pressure,
Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision.
